Hyderabad, September 20 INN: Medical Education Minister Kondru Murali Mohan denied the allegations that the 104 and 108 services were not working properly in the State.
In his reply to a qustion raised by MLA Balineni Srinivas Reddy and others during Question Hour on Thursday, the minister said that the services were working properly and sufficient funds have been allocated for the scheme. During the financial year 2012-13, Rs 83 crore were allocated for 108 Services and Rs 77 crore allocated for 104 Fixed Day Health Services. He also denied the reports that ambulances were not put to use due to lack of life saving equipment.
