Hyderabad, September 22 INN: Primary Education Minister S Sailajanath on Saturday informed the State Legislative Assembly that the process has already been initiated to fill up 23,354 posts under categories as a part of implementation of the Right to Education Act.
In his reply to a question raised by CPI MLA G Mallesh and others during Question Hour, the minister said that the Central Government has accorded permission to fill up 23,354 posts under various categories under the RTE Act. The Government of India has also sanctioned Rs 169 crore towards salaries. Further, steps are being taken to fill up the posts of Art and Craft Teachers under Rajiv Vidya Mission which were sanctioned by the Centre by the start of 2011-12 academic year.
