Peddireddy slams State for power crisis, hints at joining YSRC

Hyderabad, Sept 3: Former minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy has criticised the State Government for its failure to tide over the energy crisis in the State.
Talking to reporters after performing special pooja at Srikalahasti Temple on Monday, Ramchandra Reddy said that the power crisis would not have occurred if the State Government would have taken precautions with a foresight. However, he said that the government failed to sense the gravity of the situation that worsened the crisis in the State.
Ramachandra Reddy also slammed the Congress leaders for criticising former Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy. He said that the Congress party came to power twice in the State due to YSR and it was unethical and immoral to target the same leader after his tragic death. He said that the Congress party has suffered damage for criticising YSR and the same behaviour would lead the party to disaster in near future.
The former minister said that he would announce his future course of action in the next 10 days.
