Hyderabad, September 13 INN: Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on the sixth leg of Indiramma Baata will tour Mahabubnagar district from Friday.
As per the schedule released by the Chief Minister's Office, Kiran Kumar Reddy will reach Devarakadra ZPHS helipad from Hyderabad at 10 am on Friday. After meeting officials and non-officials, he will reach the meeting place at 10.45 am and interact with persons with disabilities and Disability SHGs. He will reach Marikel, Dhanwada Mandal at 11.15 am and interact with shepherds.
The Chief Minister will reach Atmakuar Village at 12.40 pm and interact with inland fishermen. He will reach the Jurala Dam site at 1.45 pm and inaugurate CPWS Scheme for Gadwal Mandal. He will reach GENCO Guest House at 2.05 pm and have lunch with farmers of JNLIS Ayacut. Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy will reach Nettempad Village, Dharur Mandal at 3.30 pm and inaugurate Jawahar Nettempad Lift Irrigation-Lift I and address a public meeting.
The Chief Minister will reach the Penchikal Padu, Gattu Mandal at 6.10 pm and inaugurate Indira Jala Prabha Block and interact with SC beneficiaries. He will reach APSWREIS (Girls), Gattu Village and Mandal at 6.45 pm and interact with APSWREIS, KGBV and SC hostel students and launch Gattu Literacy Mission. He will arrive at the BC Boys Hostel, Gadwal aat 8.30 pm and interact with boarders and have dinner with students and will have night halt there.
Kiran Kumar Reddy has already toured East Godavari, Srikakulam, Khammam, West Godavari and Kurnool for three days each. He went into the interior villages and interacted with the people particularly the farmers, tribals, women and students. He stayed overnight in Tribal welfare hostels to get a firsthand knowledge about the problems of the people. He gave on the spot instructions to the Collectors and other officials to solve people's problems. The Chief Minister distributed assets and held district review meetings.
The Chief Minister has announced that effective implementation and fine tuning of the flagship programmes and resolving the problems being faced by the people at micro level on the spot are the ultimate aims of the Indiramma Baata programme. He said it is a real exercise to take administration to the door-step of the people.
During his Indiramma Baata tour and stay in the Mahabubnagr district, he will reach the interior areas and tribal hamlets and inspect the tribal welfare schools, hostels, interact with the students, farmers, SHG women, shepherds and tribals and review the flagship programmes of the Government like Indira Jala Prabha, Drinking water schemes, Re 1-kg rice scheme, vaddileni runalu for farmers and SHG women etc. He will also interact with urban and rural IKP Samakhyas, have breakfast, lunch and dinner with Muslim minorities, farmers and students. He will also review developmental activities and address press meet.
