Decision on separate PCCs by March 5

Hyderabad, March 1 : A decision on formation of separate PCCs for Telangana and Seemandhra regions would be taken by March 5.
An assurance to this effect was given by PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana when former ministers Anam Ramnarayana Reddy, Dr N Raghuveera Reddy, P Balaraju and Kondru Murali Mohan, Chief Whip in Legislative Council Rudraraju Padmaraju and PCC Vice-President Gangadhar met him seeking clarifications on party's organisational set up. They asked Botsa to make it clear whether the same PCC would function or will there be two separate bodies for the two States.
However, Botsa told them to wait till March 5 and said that the Congress High Command would soon announce its decision on constituting separate PCCs.
Later, Anam told reporters that a clarification in this regard would help the cadre in working out a strategy in Seemandhra region. Further, he said a few suggestions were also given to Botsa for inclusion in the party's manifesto for the next elections. (INN)
