OMICS observes National Science Day

Hyderabad, Feb 27(INN): OMICS Group International, which operates from India and USA, observed the ‘National Science Day’ on Thursday across its offices all over the world. It is an annual feature at OMICS Group, informed Dr. Srinibatu Gedela in a press note issued here.

The National Science Day is celebrated in India on 28th February each year to mark the discovery of the Raman effect by Indian physicist Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman on 28 February 1928. We are proud of this achievement and in fact whole Indian scientific community is proud of this achievement as it made huge mark in various scientific disciplines in the country, observed Dr. Srinibabu Gedela, Managing Director of OMIC Group International.

Inspired by this achievement of Dr. C.V. Raman, I have floated OMICS Group Inc few years back, which is now instrumental in knowledge mission through scientific events organized not just in India but across the world.  "We are the only organization to organize more than 100 conference to be held across the globe in far and wide countries such as USA, UK, Spain, UAE, China and India," Dr Gadela said. Conferences are held in wide spectrum of subjects as well as rare subjects. These include Clinical Sciences, Engineering and Applied Sciences, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Management, Pharmaceuticals and Chemistry, he informed. 

Giving details about OMICS Group contribution, Dr. Srinubabu Gedela said, "We have recently published an article on Apoptosis of Human Breast Cancer Cells Induced by Polysacccharides Produced by Bacteria, revealing the research outcomes of a group of Indian researchers. Similarly, OMICS journal - Bioequivalence & Bioavailability published a recent study on impact of Bioequivalence was conducted in India. This group holds lot of potential in the Indian research field, thus celebrates National Science with great enthusiasm and zeal."
