Hyderabad, Nov 9 : Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on Saturday announced an immediate advance Central assistance of Rs 1,000 crore relief towards the Phailin cyclone and heavy rains damages. He made this announcement when Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, Ministers and other leaders met the Prime Minister in New Delhi and sought immediate Central assistance towards the relief works.
