Hyderabad, August 16 : The ministers and Congress legislators of Telangana region will make a representation with the Antony Committee at the national capital on August 19th.
Talking to reporters after a delegation of Telangana leaders called on PCC President Botsa Satyanayarana at Gandhi Bhavan here on Friday, Ministers - D Sridhar Babu and Uttam Kumar and Karimnagar MP Ponnam Prabhakar told reporters that the Telangana leaders would express their grievances and concerns before the Antony Committee. They accused the Telugu Desam Party and YSR Congress party of adopting dual standards on the Telangana issue. While TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu wrote a letter to the Centre supporting Telangana, YSRCP passed a resolution in its plenary session in favour of statehood for the region.
