Hyderabad, Aug 7 : As many as 1,024 cases have been registered in connection with the protests going on in different parts of the Rayalaseema and Andhra region.
According to Additional DGP (Law & Order) VSK Kaumudi, the State Police was acting tough to contain violence during the protests. He informed that as many as 221 protestors have been arrested while over 1,000 people were taken into preventive custody.Read More
