Hyderabad, September 17 INN: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday expressed its serious displeasure over the Anti-Corruption Bureau’s failure to submit a comprehensive report on liquor syndicate issue.
When the ACB counsel informed the court that it would take at least three months time to complete the probe and submitting a comprehensive report, the court took serious note on the investigating agency and directed the officials to submit a comprehensive report within four weeks.
The court also asked the ACB not to spare anyone irrespective of their position and book cases against all of them. Stating that the investigations have reached final phase, the ACB told the court that it has registered 48 cases so far in connection with liquor scam.
