Hyderabad August 15 INN: Chairmen A.P Legislative Council Dr. A. Chakrapani on Wednesday hoisted a national flag at counsel building on the occasion of Independence Day. On the occasion council members and other leaders also participated.
Meanwhile Speaker Assembly Nadendla Monohar was also unfurled the national flag at Assembly building.
Mayor Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Mohd. Majid Hussain on Wednesday hoisted national flag on Corporation’s Head Office, Tank Bund and received salute of ceremonial parade. Commissioner GHMC M T Krishna Babu, Special Commissioner Naveen Mittal, Floor Leaders, Standing Committee Members, Corporators and Officials attended the even.
Chairmen APSRTC M Satyanarayana on Wednesday hoisted the flag at corporation’s Headquarter Bus Bhavan. Managing Director APS RTC AK Khan addressed the gathering on the occasion.
Vice Chancellor Osmania University Prof. S Satyanarayana on Wednesday inaugurated a Conference Room
for non teaching staff and a GYM in the University campus on the occasion of Independence Day.
Earlier, Prof. S Satyanarayana hoisted national flag at campus. He also unfurled the national flag at faculty club and non-teaching home in the premises.
Collector Syed Hyder Ali Razvi unfurled the national flag at Collectorate Hyderabad. Officials of various departments are also participated.
At South Central Railway General Manager Mr. GN Asthana on Wednesday hoisted a flag at Railway sports complex grounds and received the salute of ceremonial parade of Railway protection force.
Meanwhile, managing Director Hyderabad Metro Rail Project Limited Mr N V S Reddy on Wednesday hoisted the flag at Metro Rail Bhavan, Saifabad. L& T Metro Rail Project Director Mr. M P Naidu and HMR Chief Engineer Mr. Md Ziaudding and others were participated in the event.
